Hello world! 🙂

I’ve been working on building my website so I can have a safe home for my works without having to worry about the social media and their algorithm. Also while I find making reels really interesting, sometimes I just want to post a few pic w some blurbs for the record and communication sake.

I’m excited that I will be able to host my own shop using this platform. I will enter Etsy world too, but again, not having a middle man to decide the outcome feels great sometimes.

I just went to the studio today to start firing my porcelain fox mask I’ve been making lately. It is designed after a Halloween prop I made before, which I called a Sun Fox. My friend G was the opposite, Moon Fox and I upcycled up some cheap kimono gown from Amazon and painted a plastic mask to wear. It had bells and tassels and gold paint. That was such a fun Halloween party!

And I have a new cat jar in the kiln too! They are the 8th cat jar I’ve made so far after several iterations. I think I have constructed enough cat prototypes to be ready for selling, and I’m excited to share them with the world soon.
